Processing Time: 2-5 Business Days

Processing time refers to the duration it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes tasks such as pressing and packing the items, quality control checks, and preparing the necessary shipping documentation. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, there are several factors that can affect processing times such as order volume. During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be a higher volume of orders, which can result in longer processing times.

Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days 

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your order to be delivered to your doorstep after it has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. The shipping time can vary depending on various factors, including the  the destination of the package, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking notification which will include your tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package and get real-time updates on its whereabouts. We recommend regularly checking the tracking information to stay informed about the status of your delivery.

 

PRE ORDER ITEMS: 

ALL TURN AROUND TIMES FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL BE LISTED IN EACH INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. CUSTOMERS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEY ARE PURCHASING A PRE-ORDER ITEM PRIOR TO ADDING A PRE-ORDER ITEM TO CART.

Q. What happens if you place an order containing pre-order item(s) and ready to ship item(s)?

A. Your entire order will be held for shipping until ALL pre-order items have arrived. 

Alternatively, you can place (2) separate orders (one order for pre-order items and one order for ready to ship items) to avoid your order being held for shipping if combined. 

 

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes, circumstances may arise where you may need to return or exchange a product, or cancel an order. However, please note, we DO NOT accept Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations at this time.

While we do not accept Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise with your order. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
